EL Development, Parc Riviera announced that the project is fully sold until September 2017. This is in the mind of the industry experts.
When launched for sale in early November 2016, Parc Riviera immediately attracted a large number of investors and homebuyers. EL Development introduced an innovative scheme — “one-tier pricing” for homebuyers. This is used for the first day of launch with 278 luxurious units. “One-tier pricing”, where the psf price is fixed for each unit type, regardless of whether the buyer purchased a unit on the first level or on a higher level up to the 15th floor in the 36-storey tower.
EL Development's Lim said Parc Riviera has the success because of the "growth story" at Jurong Lake District and its affordable pricing (units average $1,221 psf). Besides, the developer also offered attractive incentives in the form of higher commissions to agents. “Of course, agents’ incentives probably helped too,” says Lim.
Other residential condo development by EL Development in District 27 is Symphony Suites, which launched in Feb 2015 with 660 premium units and 672 carpark lots. To Sep 2017, there are a little units which have a large size are looking for masters. In August alone, 59 units at Symphony Suites were sold at a median price of $1,071 psf.
